These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you, the client, and Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC. Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC is a licensed and insured company. Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. Your use of any services rendered by Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC affirms your acceptance of this agreement.
LAWN MAINTENANCE:
We offer 7 maintenance options: as needed upon request, weekly, biweekly (every 2 weeks), every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks, every 6 weeks, and every 8 weeks. The client agrees to allow 2 weeks for services to be completed if scheduled “as needed upon request”. Exact dates and services will be negotiated between, and agreed upon by, the client and Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC. We will perform all services outlined in the agreement. Any extra services requested after the agreement will be quoted and billed separately. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if any additional services need to be added. Every scheduled service will be performed, weather permitting, unless otherwise notified. Due to uncontrollable conditions, i.e. traffic, weather, arise of personal circumstances, etc., we cannot specify exact time of service. We agree to give notice if date(s) of service(s) need to be changed. We reserve the right to change service crew without notice. Any services needed to be canceled by Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC will be promptly rescheduled at no additional charge.
SERVICES:
- Mowing: We will not mow grass if grass is too wet. Service will be rescheduled for when grass has had time to dry
- Hedging
- Edging
- Small Tree Removal: Trees must have diameter at or below 10 inches
- Weed Treatments: Available at request. Any interim care needed to maintain health of lawn between services will be discussed with the client, and will be at client’s discretion to complete. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by lack of care by the client as outlined in agreement
- Yard Waste Removal: We will remove all waste created by us while completing services. Removal of any other material must be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC
- Cleanup: Any extra clean up after a storm or Act of God is not included in regular lawn maintenance. Clean up must be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC
Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC reserves the right to refuse any services
HOLIDAYS:
Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC will not complete services on the following dates:
· New Year’s Eve
· New Year’s Day
· Valentine’s Day
· Thanksgiving Day
· Christmas Eve
· Christmas Day
INVOICE AND PAYMENT
Invoices are sent prior to rendering of services. Invoices will be delivered through email, text, or by mail as requested. Payment is due when services are rendered. Failure to pay for service within 3 business days will result in termination of any future services with Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC, unless otherwise agreed upon between us and the client.
Payment Solutions:
We accept cash, Cash App® ($AndersonsLLCare), and checks made payable to Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Costs:
The client agrees to pay charges specified on invoice, and any additional charges agreed upon by the client and representative of Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC
Obstructions:
The service area must be free of obstructions (toys, trash, biohazardous materials, etc) and accessible prior to performance of service. SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS ARE TO BE KEPT AT SAFE DISTANCE FROM SERVICE PERSONNEL WHILE SERVICES ARE BEING RENDERED, AND EQUIPMENT, DUE TO RISK OF INJURY. The client is not required to be home while services are rendered
We will NOT perform any services in areas riddled with any excrement or trash. Please remove all waste matter from areas where maintenance is to be completed. Failure to do this may result in cancellation of service. If we decide to continue with the service, we will only service all accessible areas and you will be charged for a full service
CABLES, WIRES, PIPING:
Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC will not be held accountable for damage to cables, wires, piping, lines, etc. that are not installed deeper than 6” below ground level. Lawnmowers should be able to pass over cables, wires, piping, lines, etc without causing damage
Pets:
All pets must be secured as to pose no threat to service personnel. Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC is not responsible for escape of pets that are not secured properly
CANCELLATIONS:
Client must contact to notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule services
REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer refunds for rendered services
NOTICE OF DAMAGE:
The client must notify Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC within 48 hours of any damages caused by Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC’s employees while performing services (any verbal reports will be notated by an Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC employee as stated by client). We prefer written statements, pictures, and videos. Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC will address the issue within 5 business days unless unable to due to uncontrollable or unforeseen circumstance
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
We pride ourselves in the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with services rendered to you by Andersons Land & Lawn Care, LLC please contact us within 48 hours to allow us to rectify the issue.
